God, how lucky can you be?? A woman from Texas has won over a million dollars 4 times in a row. This time she won 10 million. Back in 1993 she won 5.5 mil. in a lottery. In 2006 she won 2 mil. again and 2 years ago a scratch cards made her 3 mil. richer. Pretty unbelievable.
