A 23-year -old trans man named Lance Reyna was beaten and robbed in the bathrooms at a college in Houston. A thug put a knife to his neck and called him gay slurs, then he kicked and punched Reyna while he was on the floor and after that he ripped the wallet from his pants and fled. Police are on the look-out and made a list of suspects.

Reverend Tom Brock is a senior pastor at Hope Lutheran Church in Minneapolis and  a loud and outspoken critic of gays. An undercover journalist for gay Lavender Magazine went to a therapy session for men struggling with gay feelings after an anonymous tip and heard the rev, talk about his gay experiences. Later the wrote about this in an article. Some say it is unfair they outed him. I totally disagree, if you are a homophobic pastor or politicians but at the same time have gay sex, you are a hypocrite that should be exposed.

For the third time this year a gay-friendly cafe in the Slovenian capital Ljubljana has been attacked. First this week the place was fire-bombed with Molotov cocktails which  burned the exterior. Friday night the attackers sprayed death to faggots on the walls. Police is extra on the look out but in Eastern Europe as a gay man, police is not your friend.

It is Gay Pride weekend in NY, with the ultimate event, the Pride March today starting at noon. Marshals are army-man Dan Choi, Judy Shephard(mom of Matthew) and high school prom lesbian, Constance McMillan. I love the parade and am bummed I am not in NY this year to see it. Hope everyone enjoys the good weather and has fun!!

IBM has worked on diversity for over 100 years, being the first to hire women and people of color. World-wide they have 400.000 employees. Keep it going!!

Archdiocese of Boston’s Pilot newspaper columnist Michael Pakuluk does not want his 6-year-old son to be in the same class as a gay couple’s kid because there is a real danger that kid would bring (or refer )to something obscene or pornographic to school as that goes along with the gay lifestyle. Is he for real?? How insulting to gay parents.

An elderly couple in British Columbia, Canada has decided to close their Bed&Breakfast rather than face additional charges of discriminating against gay customers. They say they have been harassed so bad just for “being themselves. The couple denied a gay couple staying with them because that was against their religious beliefs. According to their lawyer they are a lovely couple that do not want to be seen as discriminating, but they are christians staying true to their beliefs. Nasty bitter old bigots, is more like it.
