Roland Garros day 3

26 05 2010

Henin, Sharapova, Hantuchova, Wickmayer and Bartoli were easy winners in their first rounds at Roland Garros. One match certainly was the highlight of the day and not because the level was so high, but it sure was dramatic. Kimiko Date Krumm, the 40-year old veteran from Japan beat last year’s finalist Dinara Safina in three sets. The first set was a quick 5-0 for Safina who on the set 6-3.In the second set Safina lead 2-0, but it went downhill from there. Safina has been seriously injured for the start of the year and came back only weeks ago but hitting so many errors is a shame. She even lead 4-2 in the third eventually losing 6-3 4-6 5-7. In the last game Safina hit 4 unforced errors in a row against a Date who injured herself on her calve and could barely walk. This Date comeback is getting better and better though, she plays so extremely smart. A nice counter-balance to the tons of ball-bashers on tour right now.

British women have biggest tits

26 05 2010

DD is mostly used in Great Britain. Dutch have the second biggest with an average of C. Japan, France and Germany are B. With all the fat woman in Germany I am surprised by that. Being fat is the main reason Britain has such a big size bra as well, obviously.

Japanese have sushi gene

9 04 2010

British researchers found that Japanese people have a special gene in their intestines to handle the algae leaves in the raw fish rolls. To do this the Japanese, who are the only people in the world that have this special enzyme, adapt to the bacteria of the sea. Quite interesting I thought

Gay news, Ricky M forced out,Johnny Weir questions Lysacek’s girlfriend, attitudes towards gays in different countries

1 04 2010

Rumor has it that Ricky Martin only came out of the closet because his boyfriend ,a fellow Puerto Rican wanted to out him and was being fed up with the hiding. Makes total sense, why else would he come out right now.

Johnny Weir was making the rounds once more at late-night talk shows, this time with E’s Chelsea Handler where he mocked Evan Lysacek’s “straightness”. When talking about rooming with Evan’s ex-girlfriend at the Olympics he made a very telling wink while saying girlfriend. Love me some Johnny.

The attitudes towards homosexuality have been tested with polls asking people “if they think homosexuality is never justifiable,” since the 80’s. Back in 1980 39% of swedes thought is was unjustifiable, now only 4%. In Germany it went from 45% to 11%. Japan from 54% to 24%. U.S not so good, still 35% in 2006. It came from 66% in the early 80’s though so that is a good step in the right direction.
