He thinks Gaga giving the finger to paparazzi is lame and old-fashioned and he does not like her need for exposure. His latest show, the Marriage Ref, was one of the lamest things ever and even though he was hilarious and great when he was young, now he is getting a little too old and boring. I love Lady Gaga and my boyfriend loves Jerry Seinfeld, curious to see what he thinks of this.

Straight porn

Since last week I have a new cable box and for 2 weeks I can get a gazillion channels. Chinese, Turkish, 10 music channels, 10 sports channels, a gay lifestyle channel(kinda like Logo in the U.S, called OutTV) and lots of porn. Sometimes when I am bored I  flick through the straight porn and many of the male performers are pretty hot. Pity is that you barely see them. Straight porn is so fixated on straight men that there is hardly any fun for the straight woman(or gay men). Now I understand why there is a niche market in women-friendly straight porn. It is very necessary.

She says she has many gay friends(there we go again) that respect her opinion. What self-respecting gay person would hang out with this. Side note, she is not even good-looking.

The coach of the american ice hockey team during the Olympics , Brian Burke, is going to be a gay rights activist in honor of his late son Brendan. Brendan came out in 2007 to his dad and died early this year in a car crash. He will do a public-service announcement aimed at eliminating bullying of gay kids and will march in Toronto’s Pride Parade. We need more people like him in sports.

I am disgusted by the comments at certain blogs people make about Shiloh’s short haircut and boyish clothes. Some people think Angelina and Brad make her wear those clothes/that haircut because they want a lesbian daughter. First of all, a 3-year old knows exactly what it wants and Brad/Angie have said before that Shiloh likes boyish things, she decided and they are open-minded enough to let her do that. Second you cannot even make anyone gay or lesbian by the way they dress. Third, wat is wrong with being gay. My sister loved to dress up as a boy when she was young, had short hair etc. Now she is one of the most feminine and elegant looking women I know and straight with kids. I loved playing with my little pony’s and wanted to be a princess and I turned gay. So who knows what will happen.

Two gay man wearing their all-gay softball team jerseys from the field to their homes, were beaten down and called slurs last friday night in Austin, Texas. The victims fought back something that surprised to attackers but they ended up with bruises anyway. Another day, another hate crime. Apparently last year there were also 2 attacks in the most liberal city of Texas.

Ewan McGregor showed once more how it is done. On Good Morning America George Stephanopulos asked what the kiss was all about after producers started snickering when they showed a clip of McGregor and Jim Carrey kissing. McGregor said it was sad that in this time and age people were still laughing about a kiss.When Stephanopoulos said it was “making out,” McGregor said it was just a kiss. Kudos to him.

Sports, tennis and speed skating

While at one of my favorite sports the season is coming to an end with the other it has just begun.

In Doha, Serena Williams beat her sister Venus in a one-sided final 6-2 7-6. In their group both girls had played against one another as well, that match was much closer with a third set tiebreak. Yesterday Venus only made 7 points on Serena’s serve which says something about that serve but also about the return capabilities from Venus. Reminded me of their Wimbledon final where Venus also seemed with a chance on Serena’s serve. Well, the best player of the year won the Year End Championships very deserved. Hope to see all the girls back at their best at the Australian Open in january.

Speed Skating is (maybe after soccer) Holland’s most popular sport. I always compare it with the NFL in the U.S. Other countries don’t get the sport or care about it, but the whole country watches the NFL in the U.S and speed skating back here. This weekend where the Dutch Championships per distance. With so many great skaters in a small country it is very hard to make the dutch team for the winter Olympics in Vancouver next february so there were a few winners but many losers including some of my favorites. The best 5 on a distance can skate in the World Cups the next few weeks to gain some momentum and pre-qualify for the Games. At the Olympic trials in 2 month some of the guys and girls that did not qualify yet have another chance, but it will be very hard then. The Netherlands is the best country in the world at speed-skating but also the U.S and Norway with the men and Canada and Germany with the women have some very good competitors for gold in Vancouver. Hope this great sport will become a bit more popular in the U.S, it deserves it.
